OUR STORY

WHAT IS THE PRECISION DANCE LAB?

Elite Precision Dance Training, Brought Directly To Young Dancers Across The Country.

The Precision Dance Lab is an elite touring intensive designed for dancers ages 9–18 who are passionate about developing strong technical foundations and exploring the unique discipline of precision dance.

By bringing professional-level training, mentorship, and industry insight directly to communities nationwide, we're making specialized precision dance education more accessible than ever before.

WHY WE CREATED TPDL

Geography Should Never Determine Opportunity.

Having both booked the Radio City Rockettes at 18 years old, we understand the impact that early training can have on a dancer's future.

As we looked at the current precision dance landscape, we noticed two huge gaps: a lack of specialized programs designed for younger dancers and limited access to in-person precision dance training outside of New York City.

We believe dancers shouldn't have to wait until they're older (or travel across the country) to begin developing the skills, discipline, and confidence that precision dance can provide.

That's why we created The Precision Dance Lab: to bring elite training, mentorship, and professional industry insight directly to young dancers during the years when it can make the greatest impact.

WHAT IS PRECISION DANCE?

A Unique Style Worth Learning.

Best known through iconic organizations such as the Radio City Rockettes, precision dance is a unique style that emphasizes synchronization, musicality, spacing, teamwork, and attention to detail. Dancers are challenged to move as one while developing strong technique and body awareness.

While many dancers are introduced to precision dance through dreams of becoming a Rockette, the benefits of this style extend far beyond any one career path. Precision dance teaches dancers to notice the smallest details, process corrections quickly, work effectively as a team, and develop a deeper understanding of musicality.

As precision dance continues to grow in popularity, we believe the earlier dancers are introduced to these skills, the stronger their foundation can become; regardless of where their dance journey takes them.

WHAT MAKES TPDL DIFFERENT?

Built For The Next Generation.

Having started our own precision training at a young age, we understand just how impactful the formative years can be. That's why we focus on dancers ages 9–18 and believe the earlier dancers are introduced to this unique style, the stronger their foundation can become.

Every Dancer Is Seen.

Unlike large convention-style events, our intensives are intentionally designed to remain intimate. By limiting enrollment, we're able to provide individualized feedback, meaningful mentorship, and an environment where every dancer feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow.

Founded By Two Former Rockettes.

With nearly three decades of combined professional experience in one of the world's most recognized precision dance organizations, we know firsthand what it takes to pursue a professional dance career and are passionate about helping the next generation pursue theirs.

Danielle Wisniewski

CO-FOUNDER

Danielle is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, where her passion for dance began at two years old after attending Cincinnati Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker. She grew up immersed in the competitive dance world, earning recognition through the Cincinnati Arts Association Award in Dance and representing Ohio Dance Masters nationally as both Teen Dance and Miss Dance.

Rockette of 13 years

Danielle first saw the Rockettes perform in The Christmas Spectacular in Nashville at thirteen years old and knew immediately that she wanted to be one of those iconic leggy ladies. Just five years later, at eighteen years old, she achieved that dream when she was cast as a Radio City Rockette. Danielle went on to perform for thirteen seasons in The Christmas Spectacular. Additional credits with the company include appearances on America’s Got Talent, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting, as well as performances alongside Mariah Carey, Pitbull, and Michael Bublé. She also performed in the inaugural New York Spring Spectacular under the direction of Warren Carlyle. Beyond her work with the Rockettes, Danielle performed with Theater Under The Stars in the production of Jerome Robbins’ Broadway, further expanding her experience in musical theater and Broadway-style performance.

Danielle has been teaching since her teens, and now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, has built a career beyond performing as a teacher, judge, and Show Director for Spotlight Dance Cup, gaining experience in event direction and management. As an educator, she is intentional about creating a safe, encouraging space where dancers feel free to take risks, make mistakes, and grow with confidence. Her focus is on developing well-rounded performers by strengthening technical execution, performance quality, and individual artistry in a supportive and structured environment. Drawing from her own professional career, Danielle brings a detailed, performance-driven approach to training while fostering an atmosphere where dancers can build both skill and self-trust as they evolve in their craft.
