ELITE PRECISION DANCE TRAINING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF PROFESSIONALS

Founded by two former Radio City Rockettes with nearly three decades of combined professional experience.

OUR MISSION

WE BELIEVE GEOGRAPHY SHOULD NEVER DETERMINE A DANCER’S ACCESS TO ELITE PRECISION DANCE TRAINING.

Unlike many precision dance programs concentrated in New York City, The Precision Dance Lab brings elite precision dance education and professional industry insight directly to young dancers across the country.

By focusing on dancers during their most formative years, we help build the technical foundation, discipline, and confidence that support long-term growth and success.

WHY THE PRECISION DANCE LAB?

BUILT FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

Having started our own precision dance training at a young age, we understand just how impactful the formative years can be.

We focus on dancers ages 9–18 because we believe the earlier dancers are introduced to this unique style, the stronger their foundation can become.

FOUNDED BY FORMER RADIO CITY ROCKETTES

With nearly three decades of combined professional experience in one of the world's most recognized precision dance organizations, we know firsthand what it takes to pursue a professional dance career and are passionate about helping the next generation do the same.

INTENTIONAL BY DESIGN

Unlike large convention-style events, our intensives are intentionally designed to remain intimate.

By limiting enrollment, we're able to provide individualized feedback, meaningful mentorship, and an environment where every dancer feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow.

BRINGING ELITE PRECISION DANCE TRAINING ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
